I'm looking for 1 or 2 roommates to share a nice apartment in Lausanne, couples are welcome! 😊
My partner will join me in 2027, then we will be 3 or 4 in the apartment, depending on the configuration, until then we will be 2 or 3.
📍 Location
Quartier de la Chablière, just below the Bergières neighborhood, about 5 minutes walk from the Valency park.
🚌 Bus 2, 4, 9 and 21 nearby.
🛒 Migros, Coop, Denner, pharmacies and kiosk in the Bergières and Saint-Paul neighborhoods.
🏠 The apartment
* 3 rooms, including 2 private, unfurnished rooms for rent
* A large living room and a separate kitchen
* A small balcony
* A bathroom with bathtub and toilet + a separate toilet
* 2 storage closets (1 for each room for rent)
* A cellar and a shared laundry room
🛋️ Part of the furniture and appliances belong to my current roommate and will leave with her. Some common areas will therefore need to be rearranged together ☺️.
💰 Rent
Total rent for the apartment:
* Net rent: 1'950 CHF
* Charges: 150 CHF
* Total: 2'100 CHF/month, including charges
The distribution depends on the number of occupants and the chosen configuration.
Option 1: One person alone
* 1'050 CHF/month when we are two
* 700 CHF/month per person when my partner arrives (three occupants)
Option 2: 2 people or a couple
* 700 CHF/month per person when we are three
* 525 CHF/month per person when my partner arrives (four occupants)

📄 Solvent application required: 3 last Swiss pay slips, ID, extract from the debt collection register, liability insurance
subject to acceptance of the application by the management.
