Shared room available – We're looking for a third person!
We're looking for a third person to join our relaxed and friendly shared apartment as of 01.02.2027. We've previously lived with two others, but since our roommate is leaving, a spot is now available.
We value a uncomplicated living situation. We're both working professionals and are looking for someone who is open, uncomplicated, and willing to compromise.
For example, we don't have a fixed chore plan and largely share our food among ourselves. We don't want to have to discuss every little thing, but rather have a simple and trusting living situation.
Occasionally, we have guests and spend a cozy evening together. You're naturally invited to join us!
A few more facts:
* Roborolf, our robot vacuum, takes care of a large part of the basic cleaning.
* The washing machine and dryer are located directly in the apartment.
* Central location, right next to the Schützengarten bus stop.
Since the apartment is in a higher price range, we would prefer a working professional. In terms of age, we imagine someone in their mid-20s, as we think that would fit well with our shared vibe. However, this is not a deal-breaker.
