Description
Bright room with private bathroom and balcony in a large house with garden (Winterthur-Seen)
The room and your domain:
- Private room with built-in closet and direct access to the balcony.
- Private, separate bathroom – no morning congestion in front of the mirror.
- You can find the exact room size in the key facts.
- Bonus: If you work from home a lot, you can set up a workspace in my office if needed, so your bedroom remains a pure retreat.
- Furniture: I have various pieces of furniture that you can use if you like – but it's absolutely not necessary, you can also furnish yourself completely.
The house and facts:
- 7.5-room house with plenty of space to live and breathe.
- Top-equipped kitchen (induction stove, combi steamer, oven) and large living room with plenty of space for social cooking or game nights.
- Garden with cozy seating area, ping-pong table, and clothesline for sunny days.
- Private laundry room with washing machine and dryer.
- Bike storage space in the garage of the building.
Parking options: An outdoor parking space for the car and possibly an indoor parking space for a motorcycle can be rented after agreement.
Rent and conditions:
- Rent: CHF 1,320.– all-inclusive (including utilities, electricity, high-speed internet, etc.).
- Move-in: By agreement.
- Duration: Initially limited to 6 to 12 months (by agreement). If the chemistry in everyday life works, an extension is very conceivable.
Location:
- Right in front of the house door: Bus stop "Grüntal" (line 3).
- Shopping Seen: 2 bus stops or a relaxed 5-minute bike ride.
- Pure nature: Urban fringe location – in 5 minutes you're in the middle of the forest.
About me:
I'm Jonas (33), a UX designer, also studying for my master's degree, and mostly working from home. I live alone in my parents' house. In my free time, I play guitar occasionally (only for home use), try out creative projects, go out into nature, eat well, or go out for stand-up comedy and party nights.
I also live with two relaxed cats. If you bring your own cat, you're welcome! Dog? We should test beforehand if the four-legged friends get along.
Living together and vibe:
I'm not looking for a purely functional shared apartment, but also not a clingy one: An uncomplicated, friendly interaction, where you can spontaneously cook, chat, or have a beer/wine together, but everyone can absolutely have their peace when the door is closed.
Please smoke only outside. When it comes to cleanliness: Dirt belongs away in a timely manner, recycling is separated sensibly, but because of three dust bunnies on the floor, no one here freaks out – balance is key. Since the house and garden need some attention, we simply work together on bigger things. We can easily put together a cleaning schedule bilaterally.
Interested?
Write me a few lines about yourself: Who are you, what's your daily routine like, and what's important to you when it comes to living? (Also feel free to mention if you bring pets). I'm looking forward to your message!
