Location and Delivery

The location in the St. Gallen-Winkeln industrial area offers short distances for goods traffic. From the A1 junction St. Gallen-Winkeln, you can reach the turnoff into Schoretshuebstrasse after about one kilometer. Truck delivery is via the adjacent forwarding agency with covered goods reception and ground-level hall doors.

Storage Space and Equipment

The high-rack system offers 1242 pallet spaces, of which 601 have a shelf height of 102cm and 641 have a shelf height of 81cm. A separate shelving system is available for the storage and commissioning of small parts. Both systems are included in the rent.

Outside of the high-rack system, a storage height of up to 3.8m is possible, depending on the stored goods and storage type.

If you need a free hall space, the existing storage facilities can be dismantled after consultation, depending on the contract duration.

Optional Rentable Office and Storage Spaces

If required, you can supplement the commercial space on the ground floor with the following spaces:

• Office spaces up to 380 m2: Net rent CHF 140.- per m2 and year, plus a heating and ancillary costs flat rate of CHF 25.- per m2 and year.
• Storage space in the basement, approx. 300 m2: Net rent CHF 85.- per m2 and year, plus a heating and ancillary costs flat rate of CHF 9.- per m2 and year.
