I'm looking for a subtenant for my beautiful 3.5-room attic apartment in the heart of Domat/Ems.

The apartment was completely renovated in 2019 and impresses with a well-thought-out room layout, a modern, open kitchen and high ceilings that provide a very special living feeling. The cozy atmosphere, the underfloor heating and the terrace with a great view make the apartment a real home.

In addition to two bedrooms, the apartment has two bathrooms, one with a shower and one with a bathtub and its own washing tower. An elevator provides additional comfort. A private basement compartment also belongs to the apartment. A parking space can be rented additionally if needed.

The location is also ideal: In the middle of Domat/Ems, just a three-minute walk from the Coop. The bus stop is located directly in front of the house door, the train station is a five-minute walk away and Chur is only about ten minutes away.

An apartment with a lot of charm, a cozy atmosphere and a very special character, where I always felt very comfortable.
