If you like to live elegantly, near Zurich, but you also appreciate the proximity to nature, this apartment could be perfect for you. Total cost per month is 3'280 CHF which also includes:- Two parking spaces (one parking space in the underground garage and one outdoor parking space, in front of the apartment building)- Electricity costs.- Internet subscription.- General maintenance costs. Please note:- Subletting is not allowed.- We only rent to private individuals and do not wish to have any contact with agencies that sublet.- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. The apartment has 60 m2 of living space and is equipped as follows:- Large, bright living/dining area (32.6 m2 ) with :- open, fully equipped kitchen with a large fridge, freezer, 4 hotplates, oven, coffee machine, dishwasher, washing machine/dryer.- Living area with sofa, relaxing armchair, sideboards, desk, TV and stereo surround system.- Balcony with reduit (total 9.5 m2), orientation to the south-west, with view of mountains and lake of Zürich.- Large bedroom (14.3 m2) with a comfortable bed (200x160 cm), a large wardrobe and a 2nd small balcony (3.75 m2), orientation to the north-east.- Bathroom with bathtub.- Entrance corridor area with built-in wardrobe.The entire living area is equipped with floor-to-ceiling window fronts and a noble oak parquet floor. The bathroom floor is covered with ceramic tiles.In the basement there is a communal laundry room with drying room (for 6 apartments) and a bicycle room for shared use. The apartment is rented furnished (possibly by arrangement also partly furnished).PETS: So far, no animals have lived in the apartment, under strict regulations pets may be allowed.The minimum rental period is one year. The deposit is two months' rent. Herrliberg is a lakeside community with a very low tax rate (75) and good public transport system (bus / train) to Zurich, Zurich Airport and Rapperswil.
