Looking for a flatmate to share a three-person flat with a Labrador; ideally someone calm, cheerful and who loves the outdoors; age and gender dont matter the main thing is that we get on well. The flat is 190m² in size, spread over two floors, and is very bright. Its located in a block of flats with underfloor heating, in a green setting and right next to the River Aare.


The following is available to rent from June 15th

Room 17.5m² with parquet flooring (sealed), access to the terrace, bed with bedding 140x200cm, workspace, 4 built-in wardrobes (4 doors), 2 chests of drawers, freshly renovated

8m² bathroom with toilet, bath, double washbasin and cupboard on the same floor (to be shared with one other flatmate)

Shared facilities: kitchen, living room with fireplace (approx. 60m²), 2 sunny terraces with seating (25m²), plus a small garden downstairs, Wi-Fi, laundry room on the same level, craft room, lockable bike storage, lift (no problem for those with walking difficulties)
