Ein Lift ist nicht vorhanden. EG und UG sind an eine einzige weitere Partei vermietet, welche jedoch kaum vor Ort ist.

Der Mehrzweckraum ist vielseitig nutzbar, flexibel gestaltbar und bei Bedarf unterteilbar. Die Räumlichkeiten sind geeignet für stilles Gewerbe, Lagerraum, Atelier, Praxis, Fitness und Sport, Loft, Yoga etc.

Die Lage ist zentral, ruhig und nähe Stadtzentrum und Autobahnanschluss. Bushaltestelle und öffentliche Parkplätze befinden sich in unmittelbarer Nähe.

Bei Bedarf können 2 Parkplätze und 3 Garagen dazu gemietet werden.
