Die Wohnung eignet sich insbesondere für Einzelpersonen oder Paare und befindet sich an idealer Lage in der beliebten Lorraine, einem lebendigen und charmanten Quartier mit vielen Cafés, Restaurants, Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und schönen Orten zum Verweilen. DieAareist ganz in der Nähe, der Bahnhof mit dem Fahrrad in weniger als 10 min erreichbar und dieBushaltestelle befindet sich direkt vor der Wohnung.
Zur Wohnung gehören ausserdem einKellerabteil, eine eigene Waschmaschine und Tumblersowie einFahrradkeller. In der Umgebung gibt es viele Brockis, falls du die Einrichtung während deiner Mietzeit noch etwas deinem eigenen Stil anpassen möchtest.

The apartment is approximately50 m²and also has a spacious terrace of around9.5 m². It is bright, cosy, modern and lovingly furnished a real feel-good home in the heart of Bern.
The apartmentis suitable for one person or a coupleand is ideally located in the popular Lorraine district, a lively and charming neighbourhood with many cafés, restaurants, shopping options and lovely places to spend time. The Aare river is very close by, Bern main station can be reached by bike in less than 10 minutes, and the bus stop is right in front of the building.
The apartment also includes a cellar compartment, a private washing machine and tumble dryer, as well as a bicycle storage room. There are also many second-hand shops and thrift stores in the area, in case you would like to adapt the furnishing a little to your own style during your stay.
The apartment is rented furnished, but without the personal items shown in the photos. Some items can be discussed and may be included by arrangement.
