Dazu kommen ein separates Wohnzimmer, drei Schlafzimmer, ein Tageslichtbad mit bodentiefer Dusche und ein zusätzliches Gästebad. Die Böden sind durchgehend mit hochwertigem Vinylbelag in Holzoptik ausgestattet, im Sanitärbereich wurden grossformatige Fliesen verlegt.

Der sonnige Balkon (17 m²) und die Terrasse (ca. 20 m²) an der Rückseite des Hauses bieten viel Platz im Freien. Im Keller steht eine neue Sauna zur gemeinschaftlichen Nutzung durch alle Mieter des Hauses zur Verfügung, ausserdem ein Waschraum, falls kein eigener Maschinenanschluss genutzt wird (ein solcher ist in der Wohnung vorhanden).

Das Haus verfügt über einen Lift sowie eine Photovoltaikanlage für die Stromversorgung. Glasfaseranschluss liegt an, WLAN ist frei verfügbar. Ein PKW-Stellplatz direkt am Haus kann für monatlich 50 CHF dazu gemietet werden. Haustiere sind nach Absprache erlaubt.

Die Wohnung wird unmöbliert vermietet und eignet sich sowohl als Familienwohnung wie auch für Wohngemeinschaften.

Visp erreichen Sie mit dem Bus in rund 15 Minuten, die Haltestelle liegt etwa 100 Meter vom Haus entfernt. Die Wohnung ist sofort verfügbar und kann auch per Videoanruf besichtigt werden.
