Die Wohnung ist in einem modernen und sehr gepflegten Zustand und hat einen schönen Sonnenbalkon. Die Wäsche kann in einem Gemeinschaftswaschkeller mit Tumbler gewaschen werden. Anschluss für Waschmaschine in Wohnung ist auch möglich. Der Garten kann gemeinschaftlich genutzt werden. Parkplätze können für CHF 50 ebenso dazu gemietet werden, wie Kellerabteile für CHF 50. Wohnung ist für Nichtraucher geeignet. Da schon Haustiere in der Wohnung darunter leben, sind Haustiere eine Einzelfallentscheidung, die man kurz testen muss. Wohnung ist frei. Kaution ist 2 Monatsmieten, die auch über eine Kautionsversicherung gestellt werden können. Die Nebenkosten sind pauschal, beinhalten aber keinen Strom/Heizung. Die Wohnung wird noch mit Nachtspeicheröfen (Strom) beheizt. Ein Anschluss an den Wärmeverbund ist in den nächsten Jahren möglich.
