Wohnung ist für Nichtraucher geeignet. Da schon Haustiere in der Wohnung darunter leben, sind Haustiere eine Einzelfallentscheidung, die man kurz testen muss. Wohnung ist frei. Kaution ist 2 Monatsmieten, die auch über eine Kautionsversicherung gestellt werden können. Die Nebenkosten sind pauschal, beinhalten aber keinen Strom/Heizung. Die Wohnung wird noch mit Nachtspeicheröfen (Strom) beheizt. Ein Anschluss an den Wärmeverbund ist in den nächsten Jahren möglich.
