Das Zimmer ist ca. 15 Quadratmeter gross, hell, ruhig, möbliert (Bett, Regal, grosse Kommode) und hat einen schönen Balkon. Die Wohnung ist ein sehr grosszügiger Altbau mit tollen, hohen Decken.

Das Haus steht auf einem riesigen Grundstück mit einmaligem Garten - du wohnst also zentral im schönen Loëquartier und bist von Natur umgeben.

Es wohnen drei weitere Mitbewohner/-innen in der Wohnung. Das Zusammenleben ist unkompliziert und eher unabhängig gestaltet, jede/-r hat einen eigenen Arbeitsrhythmus.

WLAN inbegriffen - Hunde und Katzen sind leider nicht erlaubt - Waschmaschine und Trockner werden mit den anderen Parteien im Haus geteilt

The room is approximately 15 square metres, bright and quiet, and furnished with a bed, shelf, and large chest of drawers. It also has a lovely balcony. The apartment is a very spacious, charming old-style building with beautiful high ceilings.

The house is situated on a huge property with a unique and beautiful garden, so youll be living in the centrally located and charming Loëquartier while being surrounded by nature.

There are three other flatmates in the apartment. The living arrangement is easy-going and fairly independent, everyone has a bit of a different work schedule.

Wi-Fi included Dogs and cats are unfortunately not allowed Washing machine and dryer are shared with the other tenants in the building.
