Das vor 10 Jahren total renovierte Bauernhaus steht sehr stadtnah in einem eigentlichen Wildpark, umgeben von einem Damwild-Gehege, einer Schafweide und verschiedenen Weihern sowie einem grossen Baumbestand. Im angrenzenden Landhaus wohnen die Liegenschaftsbesitzer, die auch die Halter der Tiere sind. Im Erdgeschoss befindet sich das Wohnzimmer sowie die offene Küche, zusätzlich eine Toilette und die Waschküche mit Waschmaschine und Tumbler. Im 1. Obergeschoss gibt es ein einzelnes WC sowie ein Badezimmer mit Doppellavabo, Badewanne und separater Dusche, zudem drei Zimmer. Das Dachgeschoss ist offen, hat einen Holzofen und auf drei Seiten Fenster (zusätzlich noch Dachfenster). Die Böden sind mit Parkett belegt.

Als "Keller" stehen in der Scheune zwei grosse, ebenerdige Abteile und ein Vorraum (auch Veloraum) zur Verfügung. Zusätzlich kann im Untergeschoss ein Keller mit Naturboden genutzt werden. Im Freien gehört ein Sitzplatz und ein Garten mit Pergola zum Haus. Zudem stehen zwei Parkplätze zur Verfügung. Die Nebenkosten sind im Mietpreis eingeschlossen.
