In a very nice and quiet location, with a beautiful view of the mountains and the lake, we rent this cozy and sunny 4.5 room attic apartment in Herrliberg (starting on July 1st, 2024). If you like to live elegantly, near Zurich, but you also appreciate the proximity to nature, this apartment could be perfect for you. Total cost per month is 3'280 CHF which also includes:- Two parking spaces (one parking space in the underground garage and one outdoor parking space, in front of the apartment building)- Electricity costs.- Internet subscription.- General maintenance costs. Please note:- Subletting is not allowed.- We only rent to private individuals and do not wish to have any contact with agencies that sublet.- Smoking is not allowed in the apartment. The bathroom floor is covered with ceramic tiles.In the basement there is a communal laundry room with drying room (for 6 apartments) and a bicycle room for shared use.
