Depuis Champoz, la ville de Bienne en plein essor économique se trouve à seulement 30 minutes et Bâle à 1 heure.

Champoz est réputé pour son fumoir qui présente les produits du terroir dans un cadre rustique, mais aussi comme point de départ pour de nombreuses balades à pied, à cheval ou à vélo, dans une région préservée et calme, offrant de multiples parcours alentours.
