Surroundings

The village of Ebnat-Kappel is nestled in the charming river landscape of the Thur. From the village, you have a view of the seven Churfirsten and the 1,950-meter-high Hausberg Speer.

Ebnat-Kappel offers:

House

The chalet is located high above Ebnat-Kappel in a beautifully natural and scenic spot. You can reach it via a private access road that leads directly to the house. There is a turning area here, which can also be used as a parking space for several vehicles.

Brief description of the house:

• Entrance area with anteroom and direct access to the modern bathroom with shower, toilet, sink, and washing machine.

• Via a small staircase, you reach the modern kitchen with the usual appliances. While cooking, you can see through one window into nature and through the other onto the access road and the parking spaces.

• Next to the kitchen is the open living and dining room, which has a wood-burning stove.

• The house has two more rooms that can be used as bedrooms or offices.

Brief description of the surroundings and basement:

• The property consists of three adjacent plots and has a partially sloping terrain.

• In front of the house, there is a flat area with a garden seating area and an outdoor chimney.

• Next to the house, there is also a concrete pool that is currently not in operation (water depth: 1.2 m).

• A small stream runs through the property.

• In the basement of the house, there is a cellar room and two more rooms that are partially developed and could be used as living space or a workshop.

Technology:

• The house is heated via an electric infrared heating system and additionally with the wood-burning stove.
