This winery has been inhabited and run by the same family for over 100 years. This family was indeed the first to plant Moscato vineyards in Piedmont.

The wines are of the highest quality. The buildings are in excellent condition.
The property is sold including the house with two bedrooms, the garage, the storage room, the wine cellar, the tasting room, all necessary equipment, and the wine stocks.

The main house currently has two bedrooms, a kitchen, and a bathroom. It needs renovation but is habitable. The underlying barns and storage rooms can be used for residential purposes.

On the side of the house, there is a wine storage room with steel tanks and oak barrels. There is also an old Muscat tower.

The building in front of the house is the main garage for tractors. It would be possible to dig into the rear embankment to create an underground cellar, known in the region as "Infernot". The soil is of clayey composition.

On the upper floor of this building, there is the tasting room, which is in excellent condition but would benefit from an aesthetic renovation.

Adjacent to these buildings, on the same level, there is the large wine warehouse with a large garage below. Here are the bottling plant, the tanks, and the bottle warehouse.
On the lower floor, there is the garage for tractors and cars.

The current wine production is around 49,000 bottles per year, produced on more than 3 hectares of vineyard area.
