Completion standard

Electrical installations. In all rooms, connections for wall or ceiling lights are provided. The wires are pulled and the electrical sockets are mounted. In the bedroom, there are multiple sockets at the bedside table. In the kitchen, dining, and living room, there are sufficient multiple and working sockets. In the bedroom, empty pipes are laid for TV, TT, and internet. In the living room, TV and TT are already installed. The garden seat has outdoor lighting and a socket.

Heating installations. A low-temperature underfloor heating system (central oil heating) is installed. Hot water preparation via a central boiler. Hot water and heating meters per apartment.

Sanitary installations. The prices for the sanitary selection are included in the standard offer, CHF 25,000. The installation costs are borne by the builder.

Kitchen combinations, standard price CHF 15,000, including delivery and installation.

Plastering and painting work. The interior walls and ceilings are treated with gypsum base plaster.

The walls in the bathroom are treated with cement base plaster. The ceilings are smoothed and painted.

A full abrasion is applied to the walls. Wood elements (windows, panels, doors, cabinets) are naturally treated.

Carpentry work, partial interior cladding in old wood. Entrance door with larch overlay, sound-absorbing and rubber seal. Lock with security cylinder and peephole. Doors in maple wood, natural, with insert room door lock, push-handle, and long shield.

Floor and wall coverings, plate coverings: floor and wall plates up to CHF 80.00/m2. Wood coverings up to CHF 100.00/m2. The laying work is carried out by the builder.

A surcharge may arise for large-format plates and/or special laying methods.

The construction cleaning is carried out by the builder.

Remarks: The apartment is built in the raw state inside. Patterns and colors of individual construction materials can be determined by the buyer. Corresponding minor or additional costs are borne by or in favor of the buyer. Changes to the construction description that are necessary for technical or economic reasons are reserved. Services that are not mentioned in the construction description are carried out in standard quality. The furniture shown in the plans is not included in the purchase price.
