The building is located on the northeastern edge of the village of Weisslingen in a well-sunned residential area.

The building will take on the external appearance of a modern formal language in its architectural style and will integrate optimally into the environment. Access is via Burggasse and leads directly to the shared garage, which is prepared with the basic installation for e-mobility.
