The apartment is located in the heart of the village center of Münster in Goms, embedded in a around 100-year-old, traditional Walliserhaus, which preserves the authentic character of the regional building style. The building radiates a warm, alpine atmosphere with its dark wood and typical architecture.

The apartment itself was renovated about 50 years ago and is now in a outdated condition. Various renovations are pending, especially on the roof and in the staircase, both of which have become quite old.
