On the west side is the smaller House B, which essentially consists of a duplex attic. In the basement of Building B, there are also two ground-floor studios.

Each of the nine apartments has at least one spacious balcony, terrace area or forecourt, from which the breathtaking Alpine scenery can be enjoyed.
