I'm Looking for a quiet, pet-free new tenant to take over the rental of my studio with balcony located on

- the first floor with elevator:

- with fully-equipped kitchen (hotplate, fridge), located in a quiet building in a very pleasant 8002 district, 20 minutes walk to the city center, also 8 minutes close to Sihlcity shopping center,

-2 minutes from public transport bus 72, -tram 23/5 and train

-20minutes walk to Bahnhof Enge station.
