Grosser Garten vorhanden, welcher frei benutzt werden kann. Auf Wunsch kann bepflanzt, gepflegt und begärtnert werden (muss aber nicht). Wir suchen eine sympathische Untermieter:in, welche die Ruhe im Haus schätzt und evtl. auch gerne den Garten geniesst.
