After two wonderful years in this modern apartment my wife and I are relocating. It is a 2-room apartment built with an open-style layout. There is a spacious living room and kitchen, a study and a bedroom. An ideal living space for couples or an individual looking for a bit more space.

• Great location (15 min to HB) with a Migros and Denner within 2min walking distance.

• Within walking distance to the lake (around 15 min from Chinawiese)

• Apartment is filled with natural light from the large windows

• Modern kitchen appliances (oven, induction stove, dishwasher)

• Underfloor heating in the whole apartment

• Comfortable balcony with a small garden-space and a wonderful view

Additionally the building has been built with sustainability in mind. The roof is covered with solar-panels. All materials were sourced locally and the building consumes very little energy. The building has a laundry room but there are also connections for washer and dryer in the apartment. Unfortunately, the building does not allow any pets.

We are moving out as of June and would be happy to hand-over the apartment early to mid June but this can also be discussed.
