The space is well-lit and all electrical connections have been laid (including floor socket at the cash register location).
Furthermore, we have a break room and toilet facilities in the property that your employees can use.

In addition to the large number of dining and shopping options in the same building, you benefit from the prominent location and excellent connections (directly at Chur train station) in STEINBOCK.

A large public parking garage for our customers is located under the building. If you need parking spaces for your staff, they can of course be rented.
