Description

My two furnished single rooms are located on the sunny side in a quiet, green, detached single-family house in Sissach and are equipped with TV and WLAN. If I'm not fully booked, a private bathroom is available, otherwise it's for shared use. The kitchen, living and dining room, as well as the garden seating area can be used jointly. The train station is a 10-minute walk away. Shopping facilities, post office, and banks are easily accessible on foot.
A cat lives in the house, so the rooms are not suitable for people with allergies. The use of the washing machine and dryer is subject to a fee.
Sissach is well connected to public transport. Basel SBB can be reached by express train in 20 minutes, Aarau in 28 minutes.
The rooms are particularly suitable for long-term stays. The rental agreement, including a deposit (1 month's rent), is contractually agreed upon. Before moving in, a private liability insurance certificate and an excerpt from the debt collection register (SCHUFA) must also be provided. A parking space for a car can be rented for CHF 50.00 per month, subject to availability.
For personal reasons, I rent the rooms exclusively to employed or trainee individuals. Unfortunately, retirees, IV recipients, or social welfare recipients cannot be considered.
The rooms can, of course, be viewed by appointment. I look forward to it.
