Posto auto in autorimessa di facile accesso da cui si accede direttamente al lift per raggiungere i piani superiori. Deposito biciclette a disposizione degli inquilini.  Pigione posteggio CHF 120.-

La Residenza si trova in zona limitrofa rispetto al centro di Ascona ma non lontano dai principali servizi, mezzi pubblici e negozi di generi alimentari (Manor).
