- 2 chambres
- cuisine ouverte sur salon

Il n'y a pas de caves ni de places de parc (faut demander un macaron) et il y a une buanderie commune.

L'appartement est urgemment à louer pour le 1er mai 2026, pour une durée de 1 an (qui est la limite maximale pour une sous-location). Je cherche une personne ou un couple discret et respectueux, vous serez officiellement déclaré et inscrit au contrôle des habitants.

Le loyer est de 2'050 CHF incluant charges, serafe, RC ménage et wifi.
