Hello there! we (Konstantinos, Naza and Luigi) are looking to rent an room in our flat starting in June-July2026.

We value spending time together as flatmates and consider it important to maintain a good atmosphere in the house. We enjoy playing games, baking pizzas together, and having drinks in our own bar!

Looking for someone who enjoys socializing with the flat group and contributing to the home while being proactive in finding ways to do things as a flat together. If you prefer a Zweck-WG (= minimal interaction), this isn’t the right flat.

The flat is located in the quiet Obstgarten area in Regensdorf. The connections are convenient: The bus (485) to Zurich is a 3-minute walk from the flat, and Regensdorf train station is reachable within 10-15 minutes (by bus or foot).You can get to ETH Zentrum or Uni Irchel in about 40 minutes, and ETH Hönggerberg in about 25 minutes.

The flat has 2 bathrooms, 1.5 living rooms, and a garden. The available room is about 12m². The deposit is 3 months rent, and some furniture may be taken over (we can discuss this during a viewing).

Wir legen Wert darauf, Zeit miteinander als Mitbewohner und Freunden zu verbringen und eine gute Atmosphäre in der Wohnung zu halten. Wir haben kein Zweck-WG. Wir backen gerne zusammen Pizza, spielen Musik zusammen oder Spiele oder genießen einen Drink in unserer eigenen Bar!

Die WG liegt im ruhigen Quartier Obstgarten in Regensdorf.Die Verbindungen sind praktisch: Der Bus (485) nach Zürich ist in 3 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, und der Bahnhof Regensdorf ist in 10-15 Minuten (zu Fuss oder mit dem Bus) erreichbar.ETH Hönggerberg erreicht man in ca. 25 Minuten, ETH Zentrum oder Uni Irchel in etwa 40 Minuten.

Die Wohnung verfügt über 2 Badezimmer, 1.5 Wohnzimmer und einen kleinen Garten. Das freie Zimmer hat eine Fläche von etwa 12m².Die Kaution beträgt 3 Monatsmieten. Möbel können teilweise übernommen werden.Wir wünschen uns eine soziale, respektvolle Wohngemeinschaft (ab und zu gemeinsam essen/reden, spazieren gehen)
