Die möblierte 1 ½ Zimmer-Wohnung eignet sich für eine längere Mietdauer und bietet folgenden Komfort: ein geschmackvoll modern eingerichtetes Zimmer, eine komplett ausgestattete Küche, ein Doppelbett (160 x 200 cm), ein Sofa, eine Sitzbank, TV, Radio, WLAN, Schränke und Bücherregale. Im Eingangsbereich der Wohnung befinden sich zwei Wandschränke. Der Wohnraum hat einen Parkettboden, die Nasszelle und die Küche verfügen über einen Keramik-Plattenboden.

Die Wohnung hat einen lauschigen Gartensitzplatz, die gesamte Wohnung ist zum sonnigen Garten hin ausgerichtet.

Der Mietzins beinhaltet einen Reinigungs-Service während 42 Wochen im Jahr. D.h. Reinigung, Wechsel der Bettwäsche, Wechsel der Wäsche von Küche und Badezimmer.
