Die Wohnung bzw. das Haus wurde kürzlich totalsaniert. Neue Küche, modernes Bad, schöner Boden, eigener Waschturm, grosses Kellerabteil

Garagenparkplatz kann dazu gemietet werden. CHF 120.- / Monat

Durch den Zusammenschluss zum Eigenverbrauch (ZEV) profitiert man vom eigenen Solarstrom und tiefen Stromkosten.

Vermieter ist die Privera AG. Es gelten die Vertragsbestimmungen, Hausordnungen, usw. des Vermieters. Gerne gebe ich bei der Besichtigung Einsicht. Katzen sind auf Anfrage erlaubt.

Nebenkosten sind verbrauchsabhängig. Je nach Verhalten kommen Kosten hinzu oder man bekommt etwas zurück.
