  • Tram, bus, and train connections just 4 minutes from the apartment. Supermarkets, pharmacies, etc. are within walking distance. The area is quiet, green, and very close to Uetliberg. It is a calm and comfortable place to live with very good connections to the city center.

  • Pets are not allowed.

Important: This is a lease takeover (Nachmieter / contract transfer). I am offering some large furniture items for purchase by the future tenant. The furniture is in very good condition and includes essential items for the apartment.
