Wir suchen einen Nachmieter für ein ideal gelegenen Hausteil in Mettmenstetten. Schule, Läden und Bahnhof sind leicht zu Fuß zu erreichen.

Das Haus bietet folgendes Platzangebot

EG: Eingang, Gästetoilette, Stube, Küche, Durchgangszimmer, Garten
1 OG: 3 Schlafzimmer (2 davon sehr groß), großer Flur und Bad mit Badewanne und Waschturm
2 OG: Elternschlafzimmer mit Schwedenofen, Bad mit Dusche sowie Stauraum

Wichtig: im Winter muss Teil des Hauses mit Holz geheizt werden. Ist einfach und kann gerne gezeigt werden.

Zusätzlich hat es zum Haus einen großen Hobbyraum mit Strom und Wasser, sowie einen Parkplatz und Gästeparkplatz. Platz unter dem Dach hat es auch für Velos etc. Wir haben zusätzlich noch einen Parkplatz gemietet, vielleicht kann der Platz auch übernommen werden.

Nachmieter nach Absprache, Ideal aber ab Mitte August/September.
