Wir suchen eine Mitbewohnerin oder Mitbewohner ab 1.August (nach Absprache auch früher), für eine grosse Wohnung zentral in Zürich. Das Zimmer auf dem Foto wäre deins, und bei Bedarf könntest du die Möbel übernehmen.

Die Wohnung ist gross, hell, hat einen kleinen Balkon und wird mit uns (Nand, 22 und Ruth, 24) geteilt. Insgesamt gibt es drei Schlafzimmer und zwei Bäder. Sie ist komplett ausgestattet, inklusive Geschirrspüler in der Küche und einer gemeinschaftlich genutzten Waschmaschine im Gebäude. Beide Bäder haben Dusche und Wc. Das Zimmer selbst ist geräumig, lichtdurchflutet, hat ein grosses Fenster, einen Tisch mit Stuhl, ein Bett und einen kleinen Kleiderschrank.

Die Lage der Wohnung ist hervorragend: nur 15 Minuten zu Fuss zum Zürich HB, mit sehr guter Anbindung an den öffentlichen Verkehr. Die Tram ist fünf Gehminuten entfernt und die Buslinie 33 hält gleich um die Ecke an der Haltestelle Spyriplatz.

Für den täglichen Einkauf ist alles in der Nähe: Migros und Coop sind in 5–10 Minuten zu Fuss erreichbar, und ein kleiner Lebensmittelladen befindet sich direkt vor dem Gebäude – ideal für schnelle Besorgungen.

Zusätzlich zur Miete fallen Heiz- und Warmwasserkosten an (etwa 300 CHF pro Jahr).

We are looking for a flatmate from August 2026 on (or earlier) for a large apartment in central Zurich. The room in the photo would be yours, and you could take over the furniture if required.

The apartment is large, bright, has a small balcony, and is shared with us (Nand, 22 yo and Ruth, 24 yo). The flat has three bedrooms and 2 bathrooms. It’s fully equipped with everything you need, including a dishwasher in the kitchen and a shared washing machine in the building. The flat has two restrooms with shower and bath tub. The room itself is big and full of natural light, with a large window, a bed, and small wardrobe.

The flat is in a great location; just a 15-minute walk to Zurich HB, with excellent public transport options nearby. The tram is five minutes away on foot, and Bus 33 stops just around the corner at Spyriplatz.

For daily errands, you’ll have everything close at hand. Migros and Coop are both within 5-10 minutes on foot, and there’s a small convenience store just outside the building for anything quick and last-minute.

In addition to the rent, heating and hot water costs are around 300 CHF per year.
