Mietvertrag Einstellplatz Trio Pool Nacht- Wochenendparkplatz

Der Einstellplatz wird als Nacht- Wochenendparkplatz gemietet.
Der gemietete Poolparkplatz steht dem Mieter von Montag - Freitag jeweils von 18.00 - 07.00 Uhr Samstag/Sonntag (Freitagabend ab 18.00 Uhr- Montagmorgen, 07.00 Uhr) zur Verfügung.

Die Einfahrt ist jederzeit möglich. Beim Überschreiten der Parkzeit wird folgender Tarif auf der Parkkarte verrechnet, bzw. abgezogen:

Beim Überschreitung der Parkzeit werden Kosten in Rechnung gestellt
- Pro angebrochene Stunde CHF 1.00
- Tagespauschale ab der 5 angebrochene Stunde CHF 5.00

(Tarife können laufend angepasst werden)

Die Karte kann an der Kasse auf eigene Kosten aufgeladen werden (max. Betrag CHF 100.00). Beim Überziehen des Guthabens muss der Betrag an der Kasse nachbezahlt werden, ansonsten kann die Ausfahrt nicht erfolgen.
