Dear Ladies and Gentlemen

Since my roommate will no longer be living in my apartment in Zurich (Stallikon) for work from March 2027, I am renting out a room from that time. The duration of the stay is available as desired. It's important to note that I'm not looking for a permanent roommate. Min. 1 month - Max. 12 months.

The room that will be available for rent has its own private bathroom, so each of the two occupants has their own bathroom.

I (24, quiet, athletic, from Germany, and working in Zurich) will be living in the apartment. I would therefore like to rent the room to someone who has a well-ordered daily routine, so that we can get along well.

Cleanliness of the apartment is very important. Cupboards, beds, and furniture will all be available, so I also ask that you treat them well.

Location:
The apartment is located directly near the Coop supermarket in Stallikon (1 minute walk) and also just 1 minute from the bus stop (bus runs every 15 minutes and every 30 minutes on weekends). The bus ride to the center of Zurich takes 19 minutes.
Parking spaces are available a few parallel streets away (5-minute walk) in the designated areas free of charge.
