Willkommen in diesem natürlichen und charmanten Einfamilienhaus, an ruhiger Lage mit viel Natur und trotzdem nur 2 Minuten vom Bahnhof entfernt. Die Schulen und Einkaufsmöglichkeiten sind in Gehdistanz erreichbar.

Das angebaute Haus liegt auf einem ehemaligen Bauernhof mit Hühner, Enten und Eseln.

Das Haus wurde 1995 sehr natürlich und wertig gebaut mit viel Lehm und Holz, was ein gutes Raumklima ergibt. Laufende Unterhaltsarbeiten wurden ausgeführt, aktuell werden alle Wände gestrichen und die Holzböden abgeschliffen.

Zum Haus gehört ein schöner Gartensitzplatz mit Grillstelle.

Wir als Vermieter (Familie mit jungen, erwachsenen Kindern) wohnen im angebauten Bauernhaus und suchen eine unkomplizierte, offene Familie oder WG, welche die Natur schätzen. Geheizt werden beide Häuser mit Stückholz aus dem eigenen Wald, der Betrieb und die Holzaufbereitung ist auf beide Hausparteien aufgeteilt.

Zusätzlicher Parkplatz kann nach Absprache dazu gemietet werden.

Wir freuen uns auf eine neue Nachbarschaft.
