The idea is to rent one of the three large double rooms and share the common areas of the house, which is composed as follows:

- Dining room + living room;

- 2 bathrooms (one with bathtub and one with shower);

- Small room used as a gym, with weight rack and a couple of training equipment;

- Large private garden surrounding the house, where you can have a barbecue or sunbathe;

- Cellar that can be used + private laundry with washing machine and dryer;

- Unlimited Wi-Fi included;

- Private electric car charging column;

THE COST FOR RENTING THE ROOM IS 650.-, PLUS 50.- IN EXPENSES THAT INCLUDE ALL UTILITIES.
