In a central location, we (quitt.ch ServiceHunter AG) are renting out two air-conditioned, bright offices (40 m² and 46 m²) for subletting, starting immediately at Zurich Wiedikon train station.

The offices can be rented individually or together and are located on the top floor of a well-maintained office building.

The offices are on the top floor, accessible by two elevators or the staircase. Directly opposite Wiedikon train station, S-Bahn, tram, bus, and Postauto stop, making public transportation connections excellent.

All offices and common areas have air conditioning, and the individual offices are lockable. A large and small meeting room are available for shared use, both equipped with a screen and whiteboard, with the large meeting room also having a flipchart. The large break room with a coffee machine and integrated kitchen is also shared, equipped with an oven, microwave, refrigerators, coffee machine (coffee, tea, and milk included), and dishes. A server room, men's and women's toilets, and a shower are also available for shared use.

Additionally, a gym and a post office as well as a stationery store are located directly in the building. In the immediate vicinity, there are numerous restaurants and take-aways for lunch, as well as bakeries, Migros, and Coop.

The operating costs include the internet connection with 100 percent mesh WLAN (high-speed fiber optic), daily cleaning, electricity costs, consumables for toilets and kitchen including coffee, tea, and milk, maintenance of the air conditioning, and disposal of cardboard, PET, and glass.

If needed, parking spaces and storage space in the basement can be rented additionally from the property management.

The gross rent per month is CHF 2'800 for the 40 m² office and CHF 3'200 for the 46 m² office (net rent, heating, ancillary, and operating costs are already included).

Important note: The office equipment shown in any photos, such as furniture, devices, plants, and decorations, is not part of the rental. The offices are handed over unfurnished.
