Location

The apartment is centrally located in Wald ZH, a charming village in the Zurich Oberland. Grocery stores (Migros just a 1-minute walk, Coop only 3 minutes away), restaurants, the train station, schools, and kindergartens are all within easy walking distance.

Despite its peaceful and nature-filled surroundings, Zurich is easily accessible:

• Zurich Stadelhofen can be reached in approximately 40 minutes by public transport, making the apartment ideal for commuters who want to enjoy a quiet lifestyle while working in the city.

• Nature lovers will feel right at home. Numerous hiking and recreational areas are nearby, including the spectacular Atzmännig–Tweralpspitz–Chrüzegg panoramic ridge hike (see photos), one of the region's most beautiful hiking trails. Atzmännig is only 14 minutes away by car.

• Several ski resorts are within easy reach. Atzmännig, just 14 minutes away by car, offers a family-friendly ski area as well as winter hiking and snowshoe trails. The Oberholz ski lift in Wald ZH is only a few minutes away and is perfect for a spontaneous ski outing or families with children. Larger ski resorts such as Hoch-Ybrig, Flumserberg, and Wildhaus can all be reached within approximately 40–50 minutes by car.

• Lake Walen (Walensee), famous for its crystal-clear water and breathtaking mountain scenery, is only about 20 minutes away by car, making it a perfect destination for swimming, hiking, stand-up paddleboarding, or simply relaxing in nature.
