In the Wiler near Buch am Irchel in the Zürcher Weinland, you will find a high quality of life in a beautiful, quiet and rural environment.

Thanks to its proximity to Winterthur and good public transport connections, Buch am Irchel is easily and quickly accessible. The Winterthur Wülflingen motorway junction is only about 10 minutes away by car.

In this beautiful setting, we are renting out the part of the former farmhouse.

It is a typical old building with a lot of wood, direct access to a large terrace and a large garden with trees, etc.

On the lower floor are the living room and kitchen, on the 1st floor three rooms and at the very top an expanded attic (more photos will be added).

Heating is provided by radiators which are operated via the wood chip heating system of the multi-family house. Additionally, there is the possibility to heat via the tile stove and the wood stove in the kitchen. (Of course, there is also an electric ceramic stove in the kitchen). Electricity can be obtained from the photovoltaic system on the hall roof.

An outdoor parking space is available in front of the house door, and an underground parking space can be rented for an additional CHF 120.-/month.

Rental from October 1st or by agreement.
