The studio is located in a relatively quiet environment on a feeder road to the quarter with a speed limit of 30 km/h. The nearby Schaffhauserstrasse is audible as a murmur, and the church opposite rings until 10 pm. The bus stops in front of the house, which has the advantage that two bus stops can be reached in two minutes. It therefore has a very good connection to public transport, and the train station can be reached by bus in 10 minutes, by bike in even less, and the Ohringen motorway junction is 5 minutes away. Winterthur's most beautiful swimming pool, Wolfensberg, can be reached in a few minutes.

This well-maintained and freshly renovated studio offers an ideal combination of comfort, peace, and central location in Winterthur. A great opportunity for all those looking for an uncomplicated and stylish home. The kitchen on the ground floor can be used jointly, as mentioned. I rent the studio unfurnished.
