We are Felipe, Félix and Silvia, in our thirties, with interests revolving around nature, sports (climbing, cycling, yoga, circus) homemade cooking and art (music, dance).
We are therefore looking for a couple to join our small group!
Why a couple? Because the rents are subsidized by the canton and the cantonal office of population and migration (OCPM) has set certain conditions. You can find them below:
1. Be two people -> a couple since there is only one bedroom
2. Have an annual income of less than CHF 98,100.00 (sum of the income of the two people)
3. Have lived in Geneva for 4 years continuously during the last 8 years (at least one person).
4. Be domiciled in Geneva (obligatory for both people)
5. Have your tax domicile in the canton of Geneva (can be done at the time of domicile)
6. Not benefit from tax exemptions on employment income
7. Not have a fortune of more than CHF 465,000
The apartment is very spacious, bright, and cool in summer! It is a cluster composed of 3 units. In addition to the common areas (living room, kitchen, office, terrace), you will also have, privately, a small kitchen, bathroom, living room and bedroom.
