After almost 10 happy years, our family of four will be leaving this beautiful apartment. It has 3.5 rooms, is spacious and flooded with light, and is located in a quiet, picturesque area on the Zürichberg. The apartment is close to the zoo, hiking trails in the Zürichberg forest, the Panoramaweg, and the Rigiblick cable car. Shopping opportunities are available at Toblerplatz, Kirche Fluntern, and via the Rigiblick cable car (about a 5-minute ride to the large Migros).

Parking spaces are available in the blue zone. However, we have lived here with children without any problems and without a car.

The apartment has a beautiful balcony with a view of Lake Zurich. The floor plan is generous, and each of the two bedrooms has practical built-in closets.

There are two private basement rooms: one room with its own washing machine and dryer and storage space, as well as another private storage room.

The apartment is rented unfurnished (our furniture is shown in the pictures), but we would consider selling some of the furniture pieces upon request.

The monthly rent is 4,350 francs (including ancillary costs of 250 francs). The earliest possible move-in date is September 15th.
