I, Soline, and my cat Shanti are looking for a roommate (subtenant) in our beautiful and well-located 4.5-room apartment (84 m2) with a lovely view.

THE LOCATION:
Quiet location in a low-traffic 30 km/h zone. Perfectly located – 7-minute walk to the city center, and 7 minutes in the other direction to the Dreiweieren recreational area. The tram stop "Schülerhaus" is 3 minutes from the apartment (from here, 2 minutes to Spisertor (Migros), and 7 minutes to St. Gallen train station).

THE APARTMENT & EQUIPMENT:
Cooperative apartment with a family-friendly, neighborly atmosphere. All rooms in the apartment are relatively bright and well-lit. The house has a small communal garden.
The 84 m2 apartment has a fully furnished living room with a large balcony and a fantastic view of St. Gallen (including the monastery), a kitchen with a dining area, a bathroom with a bathtub and a separate toilet – all for your shared use.
Also available for shared use: refrigerator, freezer, oven, dishwasher, microwave, water cooker, toaster, coffee pad machine, citrus juicer, shaker, cooking utensils, dishes & cutlery, TV, WLAN, music system, printer, iron, hair dryer… 😊
A cellar compartment is available for shared use in the basement.
Shared washing machine, dryer, and drying room with all parties in the house. (Fixed washing day for each party during the week and free washing on weekends).
A parking space can be rented for 35 CHF/month upon request.

YOUR ROOM:
Your 12.2 m2 room with a parquet floor and a window was previously used as a dining room, so the corresponding furniture is still in the pictures, but the room will be handed over empty.

ABOUT ME:
I am 34 years old, from Germany, have been living in St. Gallen for 7 years, and work in the HR department of a company in Rorschach. I am relatively active and often busy/on the go in my free time. I am open and enjoy good conversations, but I also appreciate having time to myself 😊. In terms of cleanliness, I would describe myself as average – everything should be fairly tidy, but I'm not pedantic.
I would be happy to have a preferably employed or doctoral student roommate who is similarly open, communicative, and engaged but also relaxed and well-meaning, so we can have a harmonious shared apartment life. 😊

My cat Shanti is low-maintenance, very people-oriented, and affectionate. So, it would be great if you also like cats and don't mind if she sheds hair in the apartment, which you'll need to clean up from time to time… 😉

Weekly commuters are also welcome. Temporary stays are possible after consultation.

The room will be available from October. I'm looking for someone who is a good match, so I'm open to a later move-in date if it's a good fit.
