1–2 rooms in 4-room apartment for rent

I rent out 1 or 2 rooms in my 4-room apartment by arrangement. Move-in is possible from October 1st or later.

The apartment is located in a quiet environment and is not a party shared flat. Free outdoor parking spaces are available.

About the apartment:

- Washing machine and dryer directly in the apartment
- an additional laundry room is available
- kitchen, living room, furniture, etc. can be used
- free outdoor parking spaces available
- non-smoking apartment
- 1 or 2 rooms by arrangement (for 1 person)

So that you also know the possible disadvantages: I get up at 5:30 am on weekdays. However, I am at work from Monday to Thursday, so you usually have the apartment to yourself until at least around 5 pm. I am also often out during the day on weekends.

Visitors are no problem. If friends, colleagues, or study colleagues come to visit or study, that's perfectly fine. It should just not become a daily changing crowd. According to the landlord, permanent overnight stays by third parties are not allowed.

We also have two gerbils 🐭🐭 living here. Therefore, I would be particularly happy about an animal-loving roommate who could perhaps also look after the two when I'm away.

Briefly about me: I have been living in Switzerland for around 20 years, work as a carpenter, am 44 years old, and like to be in the mountains on weekends and do sports.

What's most important to me is a quiet, uncomplicated, and respectful cohabitation.
Rent period at least 12 months.

Note on location:
If you don't have a car or driver's license, please check the public transport connections from Wettswil to your workplace, study, or training location before your inquiry – especially at the times when you actually need to be on the move.
Public transport is rather impractical here, depending on the destination and time. With a car, the location is very good and uncomplicated.
