As of December 1, 2026 or by agreement, several very affordable 4-room apartments will become available in our housing cooperative. The Weier settlement is located a bit outside of Rüti in the direction of Eschenbach.

We offer:

• Extremely affordable rents (approx. CHF 1,200.00 per month including ancillary costs, depending on the location of the apartment)

• A family-friendly neighborhood with a kindergarten directly in the settlement

• A nature-oriented living area with a stream, various playgrounds, and communal facilities

These are older apartments from the 1970s, but they are in good condition. The apartments are located on the 3rd and 4th floors, and there is no elevator in the buildings. Please note that only one parking space per apartment can be rented. The 4-room apartments are rented to two or more people according to the regulations.
