On the upper floor, there are two bedrooms, a sink, and a large storage room. Both floors have balconies with a view of the Limmat. A shared laundry room is available in the basement for laundry (no fixed washing days). A parking space in the underground garage in the neighboring house can be rented for CHF 150.-/month.

The rental agreement is limited, as the house will be renovated afterwards.
