As of March 1, 2027, our 18-year-old son will be moving into his first own apartment. He is still looking for a roommate.
The apartment is located on the Swiss side of beautiful Lake Constance, directly at the harbor of Romanshorn. The bright attic apartment has 3.5 rooms. The two bedrooms are oriented towards the east with skylights and each with a large window to the interior, which can be closed with curtains.
The apartment is furnished (currently used as a holiday apartment), but the shared room can also be furnished with your own furniture alternatively.
Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach:
- Harbor promenade / bathing area
- Train station (with fast train connection to Zurich and Konstanz)
- Supermarket with extra long opening hours
- Lake Constance cycle path
- Restaurants / ice cream parlor
